·   Attend First EUROPEAN ALLELOPATHY SYMPOSIUM that was held in Vigo – SPAIN - 21 to 23 June – 2001, and present the poster entitled “Allelopathic Potential of Eucalyptus rostrata Leaves on Seedling Growth, Carbohydrate Content and Amylase Activity of Zea mays.

·   Attend "The Third International Education Conference" ICT-Learn 2004, from 11-13 October, Semarames Intercontinental, Cairo, Egypt.

·   Attend World Rice Research Conference 2004 (WRRC 2004) that was held in Tsukuba International Congress Center, Tsukuba, JAPAN, from 5-7 November 2004.

·   Visit Japan in National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences (NIAS), on the basis of invitation of Director of Genebank Prof. Dr. Kazutoshi Okuno and Award from JIRCAS, to carry out collaborative studies on germplasm assessment and enhancement of Allelopathic potential in rice genetic resources (Molecular Technique), from Nov. 2005 – April 2006.

·   Good experience for check and reporting about scientific instruments from SHIMADZUE,JP.

 
Laboratory Experience
 

* I have an experience in using many of scientific instrument as Spectrophotometer, Autoclave, Digital Electrical Balance, Gel Electrophoresis, Cooling Centrifuge, pH meter, Electric conductivity, Digital Water bath…etc. and their safety.

I have an experience to use the technique to measure different physiological and biochemical parameters as: -

  • Macromolecule (Carbohydrate, Nitrogen, Phosphorus and their fractions).
  • Nucleic Acids (DNA, RNA and Total Nucleic Acids)
  • Protein Pattern (by Gel Electrophoresis)
  • Phenolic content (as Aglycone, Glycosidic and Total Phenol).
  • Amino Acids.
  • Enzymes (Hydrolase group as Amylase…etc).
  • Antioxidant Enzymes (as Peroxidase, Catalase, Polyphenol Oxidase, Lipid Peroxidation, Glutathion Reductase and Superoxide Dismutas).
  • Photosynthetic Pigments with their fractions.
  • Have an ability to prepare my work from the main Bioassay, Greenhouse Pot Experiment, Harvest of yield, Preservation of both Dry and Fresh samples.
  • Have some experience in how can prepare samples of HPLC and TEM.
  • Experience in use HPLC SHIMADZU VP.6 and sample preparation. 

 

Computer Skills: Windows, Office, Words, Excel, Power Point, Visual Basic, Internet and Statistics.

                              I have the ability to use many programs of Statistical Analysis and Histograms.

                              Design and establish scientific courses on internet (E-Learning).

                              International Computer Driving Licenses (ICDL).

 

Languages:  English (Excellent skills in English language reading and writing).
